Redundant and Secure Servers

We maintain redundant servers in two different data centers. One in Frankfurt, Germany with a backup in New York, New York, USA. In the case of a server failure, switch‑over can happen in as little as 10 minutes.

Remote access to our servers is secured by hardware keys. We also use best‑practice security & intrusion protections on each of our servers. We take security seriously and frequently review our procedures.

Twenty‑Four Hour Support

Our admins are located in Calcutta, India and Boulder, Colorado, USA. The sun never sets on our operations! There is always somebody awake to deal with problems when they arise.

We maintain the popular Validators.app website with free information and tools to support the Solana validators and staking community. On that site, you can see validator profiles and performance on several different metrics.

RPC Pool

Together with Stake Economy (https://www.stakeconomy.com), our team helped build Solana's first global bare‑metal RPC server pool. The community needed a high‑performance RPC service and we delivered!

Feedback and Bug Fixes

As an active participant in the Solana Discord channels, we have actively provided feedback and support to the community. We have also identified bugs in the Solana software and assisted the Solana development team with feedback on several items.
